Out There Shipping and Returns Policy

If you have a problem regarding an order, or want more information on a particular product, please contact us.

If you want to return a mis-shipped or defective product, you will need to request a Return Authorization number.

Defective items. If your item proves to be defective within fifteen 15 days of receipt, send the information asked at the end of this notice to receive a return authorization (RA) number; we will gladly replace it with the same product only. (No refunds or exchanges for other products will be given, and any item returned to us without an RA will be returned to you or will be subject to a $10.00 per item restocking fee.)

Mis-shipped items. If you receive an incorrect item that is sealed such as a dvd DO NOT OPEN IT-we will not accept items accidently shipped to you if you have opened them. Within fifteen (15) days, please send the information asked at the end of this to received a return authorization (RA) number; we will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise. (Any item returned to us without an RA will be returned to you or will be subject to a $10.00 per item restocking fee.)

Exchanges. We do not allow any exchanges for any reason. Please place your orders carefully.

SHIPPING ADULT MATERIAL
We CANNOT ship adult items (i.e. SEX TOYS and ADULT DVD's) to the following states: Al, MS, NC, TN and UT. In Florida we CANNOT ship adult items to zip codes 32001-32699. In Ohio we CANNOT ship adult items to zip codes 45201-45299. In Texas we CAN ship adult items ONLY to zip codes 75201-75299, 75301-75399, 76101-76799, 77001-77099, 77201-77299, 78201-78299, 78401-78480, 78701-78799 and 79901-79999.
